Most Interesting Pizza: Super Bufala from Dar Poeta. The style of pizza is all this pizzaria's own, but it really is quite good. (Rome, Trastevere)
Best Panino: Volpetti's (Rome, Testaccio)
Best Cheese: Pecorino Romano.
Best Gelato: Fior di Luna. Their Arancia, Fragola, Melone, and Stracciatella are all to die for. Actually, all their flavors are. (Rome, Trastevere)
Best Tiramisu: Pompi (Rome, near Piazza di Spagna)
Most Interesting Wine: Fragolino (wine made from grapes that taste like strawberries. A Venetian specialty, you won't find it (and have it be good) anywhere else. Wine and strawberries? Sign me up!)
Best Cheapest Food: Carlo Menta (Rome, Trastevere)
